SS Rajamouli's Baahubali -starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty in lead roles, opened to a great response at the box office.

The first day collections of the film (Hindi version) stood at Rs 4.25 crore nett, which is the highest for a dubbed South Indian film. Over the weekend, the film fetched an impressive Rs 19.50 crore.

Going by the reports in the media, the film has grossed over Rs 100 crore worldwide if collections of all its versions are kept in consideration.

The big-budget film has been shot in Tamil and Telugu and has been dubbed in Hindi and Malayalam.
